Bureau Veritas P-3000-PA-0037

Pipeline damage, documented to inspection standard.

Capture, measure, and generate compliant reports from the field. Every measurement hash-chained and Ed25519-signed — independently verifiable by any third party.

How it works

Three steps from field to verifiable report.

1. Capture

Photograph defects with GPS, timestamp, SHA-256 and BV inspection metadata — PTW, Dig No., pipe specs, damage class, severity. Offline-queued.

2. Measure

Calibrate against a ruler or crack-width card. Measure width, length and area. Client-side vision AI for red-box detection and crack tracing.

3. Report

Print-ready Bureau Veritas P-3000-PA-0037 reports with photos, measurements, and an embedded Ed25519 chain receipt any auditor can independently verify.

What's inside

Built for industrial inspections that need to hold up in an audit.

Ed25519 chain of custody

Every measurement, calibration and annotation is hash-chained with SHA-256 and server-signed with Ed25519. Alter a value after the fact and the chain breaks.

Independently verifiable

The public key is published. Any third party can verify any receipt without talking to us. No vendor lock on your evidence.

Offline capture + measure

Capture, annotate and measure without a signal. Work queues locally in IndexedDB and syncs when you're back online.

Vision AI, client-side

Red-box auto-detection, crack tracing and OCR run in a Web Worker on the device. No photos shipped to a cloud AI.

Manual calibration

Calibrate against a ruler, crack-width card, coin or PAUT depth grid. Every measurement binds back to the calibration it was taken under.

Team projects

Organisations with editor and viewer roles. Invite inspectors, control access, track who made each change via the chain.
